Need a repair? Please follow these steps:
Check First:
Make sure the issue isn’t something simple (e.g., tripped breaker, clogged toilet you can plunge, batteries in smoke detector).
Submit Your Request:
Use the form below to describe the problem in detail.
Include your full name, address/unit number, phone number, and email.
If possible, upload photos of the issue.
Emergency Repairs:
If you have an urgent issue (such as no heat in winter, water leak/flooding, gas smell, or electrical hazard), call Calvin Reddick at 586-229-6702 immediately after submitting your request.
For fire, medical, or safety emergencies, dial 911 first, then notify us.
Response Time:
Non-urgent requests will typically be addressed within 24–48 business hours.
Urgent requests will be prioritized.
