💰 Rent & Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Payments received after 11:59 PM on the 5th are considered late and may include a late fee.

Yes, a late fee of $50 will be added to any payments received after the 5th.
🛠 Maintenance

Submit a maintenance request through the Maintenance Page/Form. Include your name, address, phone number, and details of the issue.

For emergencies like flooding, no heat in winter, or electrical hazards, call your Property Manager, at 586-229-6702 immediately after submitting your request. For fire, gas leak, or medical emergencies, call 911 first.

Urgent issues are prioritized immediately. Non-urgent repairs are typically handled within 24–48 business hours.

Property management will endeavor to maintain the grounds. Tenants are primarily responsible for snow removal from walkways.
📦 Move-In & Move-Out

You’ll complete a move-in inspection form. Please note all existing conditions of the unit.

Written notice of at least 30 days is required. Contact Calvin to confirm your lease end date.

Security deposits are refunded within 30 days of move-out, provided the unit is returned in good condition with no damages beyond normal wear and tear.
